Se explica con mucha claridad. He expresses himself very clearly. No sé si me explico. Lo que quiero decir es que ... I'm not sure I'm making myself clear. What I mean is that ... In Latin American countries you use explicarse to make sure that someone has understood the message you are trying to put across. ¿Me explico? Is that clear? or Do you understand what I mean?
