You can use lleno de in many similar contexts to English full of.

El restaurante estaba lleno de gente.
The restaurant was full of people.
una mirada llena de odio
a look full of hate

But you can also use it to mean covered in:

Los cuadros estaban llenos de polvo.
The pictures were covered in dust.
Llevaba el traje lleno de manchas de grasa.
His suit was covered in grease stains.
