El descanso, rest, is the noun that derives from descansar, to rest. Like the verb, it has the general meaning of rest.

for those of you who want to enjoy a good rest

More specifically, it can refer to days when you’re not working, to time off.

Tengo tres días de descanso a la semana.
I have three days off a week.

They had a day off in St Andrews.
