If something is described as a un precio de regalo, it is at a bargain basement or knockdown price:

primeras ediciones a un precio de regalo
first editions at bargain basement prices

If you describe someone or something as un regalo del cielo, you mean they are a godsend:

A Fernando le había caído como regalo del cielo.
It had been a godsend for Fernando.
