La cara is a basic word you can use when talking about someone’s face.

Tiene la cara alargada.
He has a long face.

Tiene una cara fantástica y actúa muy bien.
He’s got a fantastic face and he’s a very good actor.

If someone isn’t looking very well, or looks under the weather, you can let them know by saying:

Tienes mala cara.
You don’t look well or too good.
