having a large nose

We’ve already come across nariz, meaning nose. If somebody is particularly well endowed in the nasal department, you can describe them as narigón.

un chico flaco y narigón
a skinny boy with a large nose

Narigón is formed with the suffix -ón, which is often used to indicate that something is large.

un muchachón
a great big boy
un alemán grandón y simpatico
a big, friendly German guy
