gracia, noun
to be funny

In general, gracia can apply to any situation or person that is funny or amusing. It's used in several idiomatic phrases, and tener gracia, to be funny, is a common one.

Sus chistes tienen mucha gracia.
His jokes are very funny.
Tendría gracia que ahora todo le saliera* mal.
It would be funny if everything went wrong for him now.

Gracia can also mean grace, gracefulness, though that is not one of its more common meanings:

La gordita esa baila con mucha gracia.
That chubby girl over there dances very gracefully.
