Spanish often uses two different words to express meanings which English groups under one word. El pecho refers to the human breast, but if you’re talking about chicken breasts, las pechugas is the word you use.

Nos sirvieron unas pechugas de pollo con setas y Marsala.
We were served chicken breasts with mushrooms and Marsala.
