DEMOCRACY 1 AND QUESTIONARY

CONCEPTS OF DEMOCRACY

It is a way of organizing groups of people, whose characteristic is that power resides in all of its members, making decisions to respond to the collective will of the group.
Strictly speaking, democracy is a form of government, state organization, in which collective decisions are made by the people by giving voting power to their representatives.
In a broad sense, democracy is a form of social interaction in which members are free and equal and social relations are established according to a group of established mechanisms.
Democracy is also defined from the classical classification of forms of government by Plato as "the art of politics"
