NYC can be a great place for bargain hunters, with a host of unique vintage and discount boutiques throughout the city. Mercer Street, however, isn't known for its affordable finds. Located in SoHo, this strip is lined with designer shops such as Marni, Balenciaga, and Versace. Even if you're on a budget and have to limit your shopping spree experience to "strictly browsing," you'll still find a selection of cool spots to check out on Mercer Street.
