Barbados, here I come! {credit}
By the time you read this blog post, I'll be mid-flight on my way to Barbados. I've lived in NYC for ten winters, and this year will be the first that I'm escaping for sun and sand. We're staying on the east side of the island in Saint Andrew where it's supposed to be uber-quiet and relaxing. As every NYC local knows, the city's Asian food scene is on point. There's about a half dozen Chinese restaurants on my block alone, and it's not too difficult to find a decent spot to satisfy an Asian food craving, whether you're in the mood for Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, or Vietnamese.
